On June 15 members of Hope Centre Ministries' worshiping community shaved my head because of all the sponsoring churches (4) they raised the most money
I have just retired after 38 years in professional ministry in the Christian Reformed Church in North America. For the past 22 years I have served Hope Centre Ministries as chaplain providing pastoral care and advocacy for people who live with cognitive disabilies and challenging churches to become proactive in including people with disabilities in the life, worship and leadership of the congregation. This summer I am cycling Sea to Sea from Seattle to Jersey City raising funds to end the cycle of poverty world wide
